400AT initionalization

400AT initionalization
Does anyone have the CORRECT computer proccess for after changing
the ecu on the 400AT.Their are at least 3 That I have seen. The one sent
for my dealer wouldn't work.It stayed in one gear only.He then used the
one off the service cd. I notice no difference at all.Thanks for any help.

I got the first one my dealer had in July '03
