hey, my first fourwheeler was a 86 200sx when i was 11, then i went to a mojave when i was 14, now im 18 and im riddin a new 04 450R

lol, i like that pic of the 200sx doin a wheelie, i remember mine would ride wheelies pretty good too

 

lol my buddies is way bigger than that one is. His is a 88 its as big as my warrior

 

My friend has an '86 Honda 200sx. His 400ex's tires were so bald so he took the tires off the 200sx (I think they are 22") and he put them on the 400ex. Man the 400ex could really go quick then. It was harder to lift the front end up though. The 200sx was the perfect sports bike at the time. I would estimate it's speed at 65KM/H (stock). My '86 fourtrax 250 goes around that speed and my friend and I would stay right beside each other when we raced. IF we met a hill though I would always pass him even though my bike was heavier. The sprocket broke on his 200sx and when he got a new sprocket, the vendor didn't have the same size so he now has a smaller sprocket on the front than he did before. I think it's 2 teeth smalelr than before.The bike tops out quickly now.

 

my friend has an 86. its been through hell and back very good machine. didnt they only make them two years? 1986 and 1987?

 

What kind of mutant front end is on that thing. It looks like a one axis spindle with kingpins on it. Honda was all over the place in the late 80's . I remember one quad with the VW type front end and one with a front swing axle. Im glad they settled on the double A arm system and didnt go with the el cheapo strut design.
