will recon change the body of the 06 recon? they changed the rancher so dose any one know and why are hondas not as they say like its suppose 2 be recon 250 when its a 229 and rancher 350 and its a 329 wtf is up with that?

Because 250, 350, etc. is a nice round number and sounds better to boot...
