Default Will a 400ex keep up with 4x4's on a rough trail

Im talkin creek crossin, little mud holes, tight woods, power line trails stuff like that can it keep up. Ive heard good things about this quad and it will be my first sport quad. Im 16 180lbs and ive been ridin a recon and sporstman for 5 years.

Yep! My 300EX will/does, and the 400 should do even better! I would've gone with the 400, but I just need reverse because I'm too small to to turn that thing around! I think you would like the Z / KFX / DVX 400 as well. It's a good machine, too. I was lucky enough to have someone loan me theirs for one of our harescrambles and it was great!!

You'll love having a sport! Lots of fun to be had!!

should do fine. or will there bee ruff rockey/bolders and 2+ foot mud?

i find that riding with utils i ALWAYS have a problem with big hills (usually cause there muddy and i get no traction), and mud....but im talking mud thats like 2 feet deep, besides the 2 situations i mentioned u should do fine...i wouldnt worry about a thing cause they prolly got winches anyways...

i usually have no problem keeping up with the big boys unless i get lazy and try to go straight through something instead of trying to go around it.

I'd say its more rider there then anything. If you can ride good, you shouldnt have a problem
