I'm about 6'2" and I need a quad with room, I'm really into buying a 400 ex, but I don't know how big it is really, I've heard the banshee has a lot of room though........

I have a Banshee and I am only 5’11”. I have been on a 400ex a few times and found it too cramped. A racing friend of mine, just switched to a 400 ex from a Banshee, and he found that the rear fenders are too close for his current riding style.

At the track, there are taller people (6 feet +) that are on a 400ex. So I think it is mostly riding style that will say which way is more comfortable. But from my experience, the Banshee will have more room. But you better try them both before you buy.

Just try 'em and see what you like, I'm 6 ft and I'm not cramped on a 300EX.

Having ridden both I would say with stock plastic the Banshee has a little more room. You can trip the plastic on either quad to make more room.

The Banshee is more roomy....but the 400ex should still be comfortable for you. The ideal situation would be to ride both and then decide.

go with the 400ex stock for stock the 400ex handles better. also the 400ex shocks are alot better then the banshees. Just look at my site to see a kid jump 25-30 feet with stock shocks on his 400ex. this bike was built right.
