Default spark plug melted??

I dont have pictures but I think I melted my plug. I was riding and the bike got hot and then went blaaa and died. I checked the plug and it had a little metal connecting the gap. Not sure how that happend, but I pulled my head off and check it out, it looked good, and the piston was ok, alsot the cylinder walls looked ok.

Any ideas, this was on a 250R.

Default spark plug melted??

THis is on the bike with 160 for compression and .50 over with the power head, and I pulled the head and everything is fine on the inside. The bike used race fuel before I am not sure what mix, I was probably running a little rich at 32:1. SHould I lean it out a little more, or get some octane boost. I heard that octane boost is not always what it seems, but I am new at this, used to running stock at 32:1.

oH SMoked,

where do you live in Vancouver, I grew up there until I moved to Alaska when I was 11. I lived in the Orchards area, or 5 corners NE 76th street.
