Default TRX 250R Jetting

Yea, I will most likely take it all apart. What do you think of the jet sizes, ok or change them. 175 main 58 pilot, and clip on top of the needle.

Start off with the clip in the center slot, and adjust from there.

I moved the clip to the center, the bike seems like it does not chatter any more. I did the plug test, at low speeds the the plug started getting black and at high speeds it was real light brown. I am not sure about which way to go with the jets and which one does what.

Try one size smaller on your pilot. Re-read how to do a plug chop.

If you are doing your chops correctly light brown is good. Cardboard color.
