Hey guys! I spent the weekend riding my R at St. Joe State Park in Missouri and I had a blast.

My R is all stock right now but, after hearing some of the aftermarket exhaust around there I got a serious itch to improve my stock exhaust.

With that in mind, here is the million dollar question, what do you guys recommend? If you have a 450R and have put some aftermarket exhaust on what kind are your running and what kind of sound does it give off (I can't stand the popcorn popper sounding exhaust!!).

Stay away from LRD, I was at some flat track races today and a friend of mine has a lrd pipe on his 450 and his endcap came loose in his first race the packing was shooting out around the outsides of the cap. this was not the first time this has happened and all bolts had locktite on them.
