How were you planning on doing the adjustment? The head doesnt need to be removed.
Heres an article on doing a generic valve adjust. valve adjust

Honda recommends replacing the "valve cover gasket". I do believe they call it a "head gasket" too. I replaced our when iadjusted the valves. Why do the job twice if the old one leaks oil?

i meant the valve cover, it doesn't leak oil, just need to adjust valves? does it get destroyed when taking it off?

It does not get destroyed, it is just a "crush to seal" type of metal gasket. They are not very expensive. I may be over kill, but I replace the two o-rings on the oil filter cover and the aluminum drain plug gasket every time I change the oil. I don't like oil leaks and it is not worth the extra work to go back and replace them if they do.

Just did the valve adjustment on both of my bikes and reused the old gaskets and it went fine, no leaks. Be careful I guess and hopefully your lucky. If your worried as there is alot of plastic to take off again should you have a leak then buy a new gasket......but that is no guarrentee either!
