Just purchased a White Brothers :440 kit LA Sleeve JE piston 11:1 HOT CAM stage 1 kit...White brothers pro meg exhaust and k&n no lid... also doing a second bike with the same only difrance is a FMF Power Core 4 exhaust

 

This is just a suggestion cause I have no 440 but I would start with; 42pj, air/fuel screw out 2.5 turns, needle in 4th slot, 165mj. Hopefully someone with experience with a 440 will chime in and help you out. Sounds like a good setup but I think I would try a HC Stage 2 cam with a 440....................[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]
