im puttin a 416 kit in my 400 and i was going to put a 11:1 wisco in it but do u think i will get alot more power if i put a 12:1 if it does give it alot more ill probably do that even though ill be runnin race gas thanks

most guys seat of the pants dynos are not very acureate, call some of the shops sparks powroll see what the dyno has to say, if it is 1/2 hp why pay for the extra race gas.

 

alright yea race gas is pretty expenisive thanks

 

the place that did mine said the gains after 11-1 were much less than people want.

 

yeah, i would go 11:1. after that you need to mess with race gas, heavy duty rod, new head studs, etc.
