Sorry, I read it OIL FILTER.

For foam filters, I like the really tacky stuff like PJ1 Foam Filter Oil Spray. It spreads easily, because the propellant thins it out. I spray a little on, immediately put it in a plastic bag, and work it around before the propellant evaporates. I prefer PJ1 Spray Cleaner, to clean it up.

My point is, you probably aren't going to find any super tacky oils at Wal-Mart. In a pinch, motor oil might do, but I wouldn't run it all the time.

Hi. I would shell out for the good stuff. One small bottle will last a long time. I got mine from my honda dealer. Any place that sells motorcycle parts and accessories should at least have K&N filter cleaner and oil.

If your dealer doesn't carry it, Rocky Mountain or Chaparral do.

Hi again. You will find that the K&N kit works great. My buddy has that kit and really likes it.

I'm a little confused. Are you running a foam filter, or a K&N??? The K&N oil/cleaner is not meant for a foam filter! And conversly, the super tacky oil/cleaner is not meant for a K&N.
