Default looking to get a 400ex please help

well ive been thinking about it and i decided i want a 400ex........for one i like how good they wheelie A+ on that. but how fast does it go????is it enought to compete with my dads completely stock banshee.....how reliable is a 400ex....and how good is the suspention(spelling?) like hitting a ramp that shoots up 9 foot in the air at like 3rd gear half throttle? and what are the good and bad about them....any help would be great...

i hear they go around 65 i think it owuld keep up with a stock banshee and the suspention is fine for that kind of jump just might be a little hard on the landing they are super reliable and theres nothing bad about them IMO but other might have something bad to say about them

ok, i have one, they are great for wheelies, it runs about 70MPH, I think it is better than the banshee but on a drag race you'll be smoked by your dad, on the trails and jumping you'll kick his ***. They are incredibly reliable everybody knows that ..the suspensions is good enough to catch big air and ride trails and that.. it's nothing spectacular but I think it'll be enough for you.. you say 9 foot in height or distance? cause in height thats a lot, but I've pulled 34 feet jumps (distance) with no prob..
by the way..the 2005 is out it has reverse and looks as sick *** the 450R ..

GO GET IT!

like warmdye said, you'll be pleased, I ride 80 percent dunes and it is G r e a t, on trails it handles perfect, on mx I can't tell but you can see that before the 450's there were only 400ex's and 250r's. I think the 400EX is kind of a legend

good luck

well the honda is a great machine of course it is a little slower than the banshee and your dad will smoke you. but when that yamaha 2 stroke is being worked on cuz it broke down that little bit slower wont matter because at least you will still be riding thanks to hondas awesome reliability
