I just received my Armordillo skid plate and want to install it but my main concern is what is the best way to prop up my Rancher so I can install the skid plate and be safe to,And If there are anything else I should know to do to it before I prop it up? THANKS.

I wouldn't think mounting the skid plate on your Rancher would be much different than when I mounted the skid plate on my 400EX. All you do is turn off the fuel, maybe you'll need a buddy for this, pick the front end up until the quad is facing straight up. Let your buddy hold your Rancher while you attach the skid plate. Your Rancher will be balanced on its two back tires and its grab bar.

Yes, you should have no problem with it. As the obove post says, yurn off the fuel petcock, and it should go smooth. But keep an eye on it while it is standing up. On my quad, I had to re-route the fuel vent line because fuel would come out while standing up. But I also had close to a full tank.
