OK every one I have an 87 250 x that i thoght I had sold, but the deal fell through. I was depending on the money to be able to buy a new Raptor or 450 r. But now my question is what motor and suspension upgrades can I do to make my bike race worthy. I have been around quads all my life and know i cant compete with 450's, 500's, or 660's but I want a good bike or at least better than iot is now. Thanks for any help.

 

Keep trying to sell it. You will thank me later.

 

Clean it, make it shine, change the oil, clean filter and carb, then let someone test drive it and buy it. no reason to make a 250 track worthy with those 450r's out there.

 

my deal fell through to and i cant find any1 wanting it so i suggest EBAY sell it FAST and buy a 400ex or something used! there is nothing you can do that a banshee wont smoke you on
i beat a few shees off the line but i cant even beat a 450R off the line yet in speed!
