ive been tryin to sell my 300ex for 2 months, but of course nobody wants to spend $2400 on something thats 7 years old, i really want a banshee but might not beable to aford one, what can you do to a 300ex to make it a banshee beater(engine, suspention) for a bout $2500 or is that just a really funny thought?

I believe "financially irresponsible" would fit this undertaking much more appropriately.

why don't u just sell at a bit lower. There's no point of trying to get a 300ex to the speed of a banshee even with that much money in mods. spending $2500 on mods for a 93ex is not worth the money. Be patient and wait for ur ex too sell and buy something different.

 

umm if you really wanna do it.....it is totally possible......send it to TC racing....405 kit,cam,port job,high compression piston,umm and a bucnh of other stuff......they crank out about 50-55 hp.....a stock shee is like what 30hp? well you don't have to spend much to make your 300ex handle better than a shee.ummmm there is a guy in here somewhere that has those mods.....

 

That 405cc kit from TC Racing is 55 rwHP. But it costs $3500 dollars(complete motor, exhaust, carb, oil cooler, etc)!!! With that amount of power added too the engine, you are going too have too have shocks, better chassis components and aftermarket tires for better traction.
That's alittle more than the "regular Joe" is going too want too be spending on a ride.....

what that means is you put your quad in reverse and race the banshee....the banshee doesn't have a chance.......lol ........oh yea I got my quad for $2k and it was in very good shape and still had all the stock parts on it so you know it had not been used much... I have about 3000 in it now. later
