You ain't kiddin! I'm not lookin' forward to my credit card statement! I did save a lot by ordering from service Honda than through my dealer though.

 

Hey is it a small enough hole i would weld it thats what my mom's boyfreind did my brother's worrior and it fixed it right up. Cases are alot of cash and fora 250r it has to be alot more but i would try to weld it first b4 you spend your next pay check

Final update: I just finished the complete rebuild of my R last week...(I go to college and work part-time so its hard to find time to work on it). I had the motor freshly bored (not planned) and had the parts I listed earlier installed along with a new Wiseco piston by a Honda mechanic who is a friend of mine. I haven't had a chance to ride her yet but the compression is so great that you really have to kick her hard, and one kick is all it takes...even cold. With my NEW motor and 33% larger oversized aluminum radiator to help her run cool, i'm goin huntin for 4-strokes next weekend!
