I don't know which one puts out the most horses. Usually though, the dual exhausts out there don't put out as much horsepower as some of the complete systems. I would pick which one gave your quad the most power gains. I would also take in consideration the DB limit on each, and if they are spark arrested. I do have to admit that the duals look sweet though.

I have the LTE duals (See the Pics) and I can't speak for the Yoshi (I know their products are good) but I have yet to come upon another ex with another system that puts the power to the ground like the Duals. Some say it's a novelty, others will claim wild HP gains on their systems but the plain truth is there is no slip on nor full exhaust system that makes more than 2-4 hp on a stock motor. The LTE makes awesome torque and I can beat piped Z400's quite readily in the sand and hardpack. There are no other motor mods on mine, and I have a 400ex formerly with an FMF system and now a DMC, and it can't hang.
Also, consider the motor mods you might have or do. I would like to believe that the LTE would really work well on somthing that can breathe even better.
Of note as well, Mickey Dunlap of Four Stroke Tech has tested the LTE as well and likes it a great deal, for what it's worth.
Finally, if you have aftermarket plastice, be sure to check the clearance on the left side header. It clears the stock plastics but can come in contact with the side panel of the rear fender on the aftermarket plastics. Easily remedied with some heat shield tape from your local auto parts store.
Hope that helps.

By the way, I just realized you are looking to run a YFZ 450, is this the quad you are looking to put the system on? If that was the case, then I'd probably go with the single. From what I've read, their Kory Ellis system works exceptionally well on the YFZ.
