Default trx300 submarine

Okay after I totally misjudged the creek depth I found myself standing on the seat with water over the racks. I finally dove in, pulled it out and of course the airbox was full with water. After draining the airbox and tipping the bike backwards it started and I drove carefully home. Of course my oil was white as snow and after 4 oil changes I finally have clean oil. I know I need to change the filterand gear oil but I am concerned that I may have hurt the bikes engine. When I drove it home I didnt notice anything out of the ordinary except the exhaust was h2o. After the lube and filter changes will it be alright??
