Anyone in Canada have the 416overbore? How much did you pay to get it done?
What kit (if there is a kit) or did you just buy an oversized piston? where from?(what kind)
How is jetting affected? What jets should be changed? bigger? smaller?

Already have pipe, KN filter, Synthetic Oil, Stage 2 hotcam, Rev Box

 

i would go with je or ross pistons. the ross is lighter if that matters. for the piston, piston pin, rings, and circlips it is around $120 from C&D. the # is 308-696-7805. i would do the work yourself. just buy a service manual. you will just need to take your cylinder to a shop and get bored. that can range from $30 to $100 depending on where you go. the jetting won't change much. i would just go up 1 size on the mainjet given your jetted correctly now.
