I would say either the 250r or the 400ex..

But after watching Huevos 1 2 3 . . . certenly the R!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

***** is right it all depends on the type of riding you do. But for sport, i say the 250R.

4 stroke- 450R

 

There is no doubt that the 250r is the best 2 stroke quad ever made. But I think the 400ex is the best 4 stroke. Most versatile, parts available and user friendly and now 05' with reverse. But as Moto said its just my opinion.
