How do you check that? It has a brand new top end. I did notice yesterday that on the inside of the pipe, right next to where the top (head cover) bolts on there is oil or fuel on the pipe. Like its spraying out. The top end was rebuilt last winter and its only been ridden like twice.

Its only been ridin twice? So its not broke in yet... IMO mix the gas/oil at 42:1. Its clean and safe. Break it in first and if it still smokes lets us know. After two rides it still burning gasket maker and other crap like oil that you used to put it back together.

How are you breaking it in by the way?

Ridin the sh@t out of it. LOL It never really gets ridin much (it was rebuilt last winter and its been ridin twice). I also went back to a 36mm carb then(it had a 39mm on it). Does anyone know the torque specs on the head bolts? BTW, thanks for all the help so far.
