I just got a dg pipe and silencer (chrome head pipe) I am putting it on tomorrow, I have 6 1" holes in the airbox also what main should be close? I got a 155 to start with???????

155 might work ok. From what I've read from the other users here, I would say try a 160. You might have to change the pilot from a 38 to like a 40 or something too.

 

try stock 148, go up one step at a timr-run it wide open in 5th,go up until it sputters/surges and then back down one you should be between 140-160 dependind on altitude& use the same tank of gas and test on the same day!
