Not the right place maybe but, it is a honda
I recently got a free honda harmony 215 lawnmower and took it apart today to make a go cart, using angle iron and wood because I am not able to weld. and was wondering how to switch it to a sprocket and make it so the drive is vertical and not horizontal so i can mount it up to the axle. Also how fast do u think it will go i think it will go i think it might be around a 5 horse?

Umm, a go-cart made of wood and angle iron? That thing is going to snap in half! As for the motor, you can't change from vertical to horizontal output crankshaft. You ned to find a rototiller to rob the motor from, and get someone to weld you up a nice mild steel frame.
As for top speed, I had a 5 horse go cart in a low profile frame and go it up to 30 with my fat butt in it.
And you're confused, a lawnmower has vertical output, not horizontal.
