Octane Booster has never really helped the power out on anything I've put it in. It is kind of like a fuel system cleaner to me. It cleans everything up pretty good, so it only needs to be used every once in a while. If you use it to much I have seen it mess the spark plugs up. That get this real funky brown coating on the end of them and don't spark near as good as they should. I have experienced the problem on a couple of quads of my own, and some of my friends. My father also said it done it on our boat when he put in it.

 

it will just make it burn cooler and cleaner...
