MX swing arms Lenght????

I have a +4 swing arm and i was wondering if that is not so good for mx racing. I have heard its too long. What is the best lenght for MX racing?

I just had to comment on your bike...it is so smooth! Wish my 400ex looked like that, i'd be riding everyday!

Speeddemn440...Nice Bike.. First thing that i think of is Duner.. +2 and up is great for duning/draging helps keep the fron end down.. +1 - +2 is good 4 MX I currently run +2 and love it... Stock is good too.
