I'm pretty sure you're gonna have to build it yourself because of liability reasons, but I may be wrong on that. The only place I can think of that might carry one would be High Lifter.

 

From all the snorkels i have seen as of yet, they appear to be homemade out of pvc pipe and elbows. You should be able to find everything you need at your local hardware store.
