hey i have a 00 400ex i want to do so thing to it to give it alot more ***** and i am on a little bit of a budget . i mean i am only 16. so wut do u think i should do (440bore kit, stage 2 hotcam, new air box k&n fliter with perchager lid removed) and an other thing how reliable will it be??
or just go with a streetbike engine i heard some really good things about them but i never really heard how much that would cost?? and how reliable they r???

id go with your first opition becasue once you start putting in other engines it gets very complicated

 

do u kno wut i am looking at if i do hybrid streetbike it cuz i have never done it b4 and i really dont trust any engine shop in my area and i am not really willing to send it anywhere cuz thats ge pretty costly??? right

 

wait so which one are you saying is worse...dont trust your machine(for boreing) shop of your engine(hybrid) shop???

 

Wait til you finish metal shop cause there is tons of fab work involved with hybrid streetbike engine. you will also loose handling performance. Putting a streetbike engine in will limit you to stuff like drag racing.

Do the 440 kit but don't go high comp. unless you have rod/crank work done.
