Yeah, I have to agree. They changed the front plastic on the 05 400's and the headlights are right in the nose, that's probably why you saw a yellow one. My buddy just bought one. When I first bought my 03 400 I thought the bug eyed headlights looked goofy, but they grew on me and I don't like the new look.

QuadLT500Racer, Yes your mighty holyness.... I stand corrected. I thought it was an 450R. I was outside the dealer I couldn't get in (they were closed). I didn't realize Honda changed thier lights. Forgive me if I "doubted" you and joined the ranks of countless others who did. =0

Although you are right, you don't need to be a d!ck about it, he didn't know.

04s for $5350, 05s for $5550 @ abernathyonline.com

I have seen them advertised on their site for as low as $5199.

check out Michael Andretti powersports, they arent that far away from you. The local dealer wanted a thousand more for an 04 with alot of scratches from being demoed. I got an 05, with 1 mile for 1000 less. Look into them. They have a few dealerships.

The '05 400ex comes in red and yellow they look almost the same as the 450r.
The 05' 450r comes in red and black and the '04 only comes in red. My '05 400ex OTD
was $6488 in las vegas.

Blood the right coast, I guess it is a lot more expensive. Gas here is also $2.25 a gallon [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img]

Yea, I agree, things are tough all over.
The 400ex will give you years of great riding.
