Default Ebay Gaskets/bolt kits...

I'm in the process of rebuild my ATC, and would like some input on the gasket sets that are sold on Ebay. I think they are made by K&S. Has anyone used these? Should I just shell out the extra $$ for OEM? Also, I see there is pretty much a complete bolt set for my trike, has anyone ever used one of these kits? Are they at least up to OEM standards? Thanks in advance.

The gaskets are fine. I used them for my LT about 2 years ago with no probs. I did the whole engine. Gaskets and oil seals. I would buy them again.

Try a local tool and Die shop before buying the bolts. You would be suprised by what they have in stock and there dirt cheap.

I boughjt a set of the gaskets and was not too happy with the head gasket. It was hard to get past the head studs and didn't seam to fit the bore correctly. It also seemed that the head gasket was for the biggest possible bore size. If the motor is standard or one or two sizes over, you might be giving up a compression loss. I was happy with the rest of the gasket set and the shipping was fast. I think I got it in the mail in like 3 days. This is the person I bought mine from. bikerchickltd
