Geneange, the TRX300's have the same "legendary" rep up here in MN. $2500 doesn't sound out of the ballpark to me, but it had better be pretty mint to bring it. Markets will vary throughout the nation tho. Rseb, why don't you ask your dealer what they think it's worth on the open market?

 

I also found my 1989 trx 300 hard to start and have replaced the chock cable and they had a new improved valve seat starter that i replaced and has stopped all my hard starting might want to check see if you have new designed valve
