You can bet that Honda researched the market thoroughly before deciding to build this quad. As all of us know, Honda has taken a conservative approach, using a proven, peppy 4 stroke engine in a mid sized frame to keep the 90cc TRX riders within the Honda fold until they can LEGALLY ride a bigger quad. Although many forum readers will hate to read this, Honda is the industry leader in building engines that are environmentally friendly, so I think we can FORGET any new 2 stroke powerplant in the future.
