I've been looking @ a 250R as there is a new track that opened near my house but my cousin is selling his 500 zilla which is in great condition. I can get a good deal on the 500 but I've heard great things about the 250R. I don't know much about suzuki's as I'm a Honda man. Any help would be greatly appreciated. It would be used strickly on the track.

 

get the 250r iam tring to trade my race ready 330ex for a 250r but no one whats to trade lol

 

get the 250R, the zillas are mainly for drag racing and sand dunes. you won't be dissapointed, I love my 250R and wouldn't trade it for anything.

 

I have owned both 250r and 500 (still own the 500) and I would go with the 250R for the track. The 500 is a great machine for the dunes but is to big for the track-the 250R will run circles around it.

 

I sold my Zilla and kept the 250R...............They each have their place, and the Zilla's place is not on the track. Also, consider parts available (OEM and Aftermarket), reliability, etc.

 

Go with the 250r. The zilla is not for the track. I have both and would would get rid of the zilla first if I had to get rid of one. Parts for the 250r are alot easier to find and more aftermarket stuff for the 250r.
