I have a '97 300 ex. I put a stage 1 moose jet kit and a DG supertrap exhaust system with a header pipe. This mod have me a good amount of poer and top end. What is the next thing I should do to give my quad a little more snot?

 

Porting, cam, and different carb. I have a ported head and billet high lift cam PM me if you want the details.

 

Boysen Reed Valves... Cheap and lots of low and midrange gain. But installation at least on my old friggan polaris was..less than fun. I had to take off the airbox and work my way through the entire quad to put them in..but they were worth it until my old scrambler 400 blew because my dealer gave me the wrong jet [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-mad.gif[/img]. But its not that big of a deal with jetting yours because its 4 stroke and mine was a 2.

 

You are wrong. Jetting will be hell when you put a Boysen reed cage in a 4 stroke.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]
