BIG CRASH JUST GOT EXPENSIVE!!!!!!!

I would always tell my sons to do it themselves.
My oldest boy "totaled" his Bronco II when he was in high school, over $4,000.00 in damage if repaired by a shop.I told him we would do it ourselves. Cost about $500.00 in parts and we did all the labor. He learned how to take the front end off a Bronco and reinstall all new parts and he still had something to drive.
Doing things yourself is how you learn to work on things. Too bad your parents don't understand this. They are unintentionally depriving you of a valuable learning experience.
I have always told my boys "you break it, you fix it"

My shifter came off of my Z400 and my ant and uncle made me take it to the dealer and get it fixed when all it needed was a $30 shifter and 5 minutes of installing, the dealer charged me $230.
