Yes, wasnt that nice of Honda to give you enough space to get only the Honda plug wrench into that spot!!!! And not to mention that great tool box with the easy off cap. so you have to continually buy replacement tools from Honda.
Does anyone know who makes a deep socket that will fit into that space?

I got a question.
Why would anyone run AV fuel in a stock machine? You could buy solid gold plugs with the money your'e flushing down the toilet on AV fuel.

Sorry if this pizzes you off.

Amen to that. So it runs awsome with Av Gas does it. Try 91 or 92 oct pump and you will not notice one damn difference. Many riders run 87 oct but Honda calls for min pump oct of 92 so be safe and run 91/92.
And another thing, you are right about needing the correct sparkplug number. Dealers and aftermarket parts houses will sell you anything thay have if you go in and ask for a 400EX plug. The only way to get it right is to ask for it by the number.

What plug# did you get?

What plug# did you have in there before?

There are lots of plugs that will fit the threads, but that doesnt mean there the right one etc. and be sure to run the #8 or even better the #9 (reduces head temps slightly) to stay out of trouble.
