my 400 ex went for a swim in lake george ny got it out does any one have any advise??????????????

 

u want advise to pull ur ex out of the lake? (i got confused) just get some snorkling equipment and go down with a rope, tie her up, and pull her up from the boat. if its 2 deep, than ur sunk

 

change oil a couple of times and the gas

 

was it running when it went down?

 

pull the plug,,,,squirt a small amount of oil in the spark plug hole and crank it a bit to flush water from the cylinder (stand it on end)

basicly you need to replace all the fluids and possibly flush the oil a time or 2

clean the h2o out of the carbs,,,,,electrical.....and give it a grease job

so on

 

I sunk my old 400ex in Brushcreek one day, i made the mistake of gettin it running and driving it back to the truck, i dunno what i was thinkin, Too much to drink that day i think lol, but it junked it pretty much, it smoked like a freight train and had to have a full rebuild.

 

were u there for the winter carnival? how was it. im goin there this saturday

 

fast blaster i was there for the winter carn all i can say was it was wild go to duffy bar it on the strip that place gets pretty rockin
