250R shocks on my 300EX

Default 250R shocks on my 300EX
I was wondering if the rear shock off of an 86 250R would fit on my 300EX. Ive heard that the one with the remote rezzie (which this one has) would fit but I'd like to get someone else's answer. Thanks.
