Thinking on putting these tires on My rubicon. Dealier said that I wouldnt need lift kit to mount these 27 inch tires on machine. Is that correct? And how are these tires?

You will need a lift, i doubt you'll need a fender kit.

Hopefully TxDoc see this one. He has some 26" (I think) for his Ruby, along with his 28" 'laws.
I can't give you an answer about the ruby specific, but I do know these tires are excellent. They are said to ride great on hardpack. Unlike most other mud tires that will give a rougher ride. And they are very good in the mud.

You will not need a lift. I have 27 bugs on mine. You will need to do some other stuff. You will need to trim the rear fendors so they dont rub. You WILL need the HL fender kit. I did not think my fronts rubbed until this last weekend. I have 27x10x12 on offset wheels in the fronts and they still rub the supports for the floorboards. They Rub bad enough that I cant cut the wheels all the way with the gas on.

I have 27" vamps on mine w/ out a fender kit or a lift kit. However, I have ordered the HL fender Kit (about 20 days ago), and they don't even have them in stock yet. Taking orders for something you don't have yet seems strange to me! Oh well, maybe it will be there when I get home today.

I got a letter from Titan on the 589s wieght today. The 27x9-12's are 27.4 pounds and the 27x11-12's are 30.9 pounds.
I have the 26" on my stock wheels. I don't think you will need a lift with the 27's. You may need to trim a little 1/2" of lower fender flare right behind the floorboard, but it is not a big deal and a little sandpaper will round it off to where you cannot notice it.
I am gonna post the 589 review under the "Tires, etc. " heading below. I think you will really like them.
