My new set of Maxxis RAZR2's just showed up today... I'm pumped. Anyone heard anything good/bad about them?

 

I have 22 inch Razr2's on my 440ex. They are the best tire I have used for trail riding. They are heavy compared to some, but I haven't put any plugs in them yet, so I'll take a few extra pounds.

 

How do they rank as far as hill climbs, snow, mud, track etc...

 

They were not very good in the snow, but for the rest they are awsome. We only had 3" of snow, but the tires could have hooked up more.

Hill climbs, it will depend on the dirt but they go fine.

On the track they are tall, but mine are 22". They don't go to the MX track.

They take the mud on a typical NW Washington trail, but I wouldn't enter a mud bog contest with them.

I just climbed the sand hill from hell with my new RAZRs last weekend. They're probably not the best for sand but with my stock baloney skins I would'nt have made it half way up this hill....................It was twice as long/big/steep as any hill I've ever climbed before.................Major pucker factor! Yeah razr2 suck in the snow!! But do you all think i will like them in the spring/summer. I live in MN.
