I drained the tank and the supply to the carb completely . cleaned the filter at the petcock. Added new high test. It fired right up but after thirty seconds it sounded like it was starving for gas every time I hit the throttle. Believe it or not I swung the pet **** back and forth a few times and it ran fine. Thanks for the help!! On to the next issue...the tranny.
