Top end speed on the 450R with a 13tooth compared to stock???

Top end speed on the 450R with a 13tooth compared to stock???
I'm looking at buying a 450R but considering that I do a lot of trail riding and hill climbs I would probably gear it down with a 13 tooth front sprocket. I'm just wanting to know the difference in the top end power and speed from stock changed to a 13tooth.... I still want to be able to smoke 400's and stuff in the drags....thanks for any info
