what is the BEST exhaust system for an 05' 250ex, price doesnt matter.

 

Prob. DMC or Duncan Fatboy 4, Big Gun, and Dg all make full systems. Id prob. go with Duncan or Big Gun.

 

white brothers e series is the best slip on for the price and power gain... sounds nice also

 

Id go with hmf, they give an 20% increase and then put a white bros. e-series header. good gain for about 35% total

 

I dont think Whit Brothers makes a header pipe for the 250EX, but they may. I mentioned the DG earlier, but I'd stay away from that pipe. Its the cheapest of the bunch, but prob. the cheapest made to. Id go with the White Brothers for slip on, and Duncan Fat Boy 4, or Big Gun for full system. DMC's are just to loud and will get you in trouble, beleive me my friend has one on his warrior.
