Honda will not be putting out a two stroke quad. Haven't you noticed, they've been out of the performance game for twelve years now.

PS: gullible paul, SAPOSEDLY, i heard that suzuki was coming out with a 2 stroke version of the 250 quadracer for 2002.

 

never!!!!!!! what do u think all the bans are about now in state parks with snowmobiles. Notice that all companies are making 4 stroke wave runners, snowmobiles and quads. i highly doubt you will ever see another 2 stroke unless you build one..

 

My HACKERS post NEVER said that Honda was GOING to release this quad, however, it WAS originally mentioned in the January 2000 issue of Dirt Wheels on page 12(Over the bars column). The article is where I first heard of the EXP-2. This is why I feel that the R-loving people on the Forum should Email the Honda reps asking them to make this RUMOR a reality. Unfortunately, I DO feel the two-stroke is going the way of the dinosaur. I want a NEW HONDA R, but do I think they will build one.....PROBABLY NOT.
