I have a 2001 300EX and I have been considering changing to an aftermarket, is this a good idea or not. Is it much help or not worth the money. Also is there a chance of over revving and a major meltdown. Any advice will be appreciated.
If someone knows where to get one I would also like some info on that.

Thanks

Without a new cam, and heavy duty valve springs to take the abuse, a rev kit will only make your quad wear out quicker as valve float is no fun. In stock form your quad doenst make much power up there anyway. To get some real power: buy the rev kit, and get your head ported and polished along with new valves and springs. A wiseco compresson pistion would add a nice touch too, along with a real exahust system and cut that darn backfire screen out of the airfilter. just need to run 100+ octane.
