Gas guage has condensation

I have a 99 foreman and the plastic cover to the gas guage constantly has water bubbles in it, I can barely read what's in the tank. How do I get rid of this? thanks

My Rancher has the same problem. Does anyone have any ideas?

Park it in the sun for awhile. The 98s did that also
