I have 16 miles on my new Rubicon. In the last 5 miles I am having trouble shifting back to neutral from either drive or low. I have to tug pretty hard as I rock it back and forth several times. Anyone else have this problem?

I dont have that problem. Try removing the black plastic panel under the drive selector and make sure nothing is obstructing the linkage.

When shifting from Low to Neutral, sometimes it will want to hesitate at Drive. All I do is bump the throttle a little to let it engage, then shift to Neutral. If you're having trouble shifting from Drive to Neutral, I'd get it back to your dealer and let them take a look at it.

I too have to do the same thing as Rubeman, I think the reason for this is because the Rubicon is an manual/automatic. This is why we have too start the rubicon in neutral. My friend has a manual and he too has too start his quad in neutral, and he has too rock his ATV back and forth too get his ATV into neutral.

You should not have to start in neutral. Pull in the right brake lever until it clicks.

The only gear you cannot start in is reverse. You should be able to start, as TexMudder says, in gear with a slight pull on the right brake lever.

They make a great generator, a decent car, but when it comes to ATVs, the jokes on you.
