anyone ever had pump problems? namely, the pump vibrates and prevents the engine from starting. it's an intermitent problem, happens every few months. changed much of the electrical parts. cdi, ignition, fuel system. the pump is brand new and seems to do it when wet. not sure though its a moisture problem. HELP!
