I think most guys are raising there needle to the top. I think I raised mine one???, but not sure. Its a pain to get to the needle but it seems like a good try.

Did you increase your pilot jet one size? If not do that first.

call the dealer put all the settings back to stock and then go from there. it all depends what kind of mods you have and since oyu have the same thing as mine was if you have the lid on take it off thats a big issue when i got mine ported the first time and get a smaller needle i got mine from janssen racing and that should be good at up down one clip so try that.

Fred,
I have almost the same mods but I have the stock muffler with the 2" end cap installed. I have a stage II Hotcam and modified airbox lid.

I went to a 180 main jet, a 40 pilot and raised the needle up all the way. I didn't have to change the fuel mixture scew and it runs great.
I'm know that a dyno jet 180 is different than a kehien 180, but I'm not sure how much.

Sorry fred, I went to a 50 pilot (not 40) dropped the clip on the stock needle to the bottom, used a 180 kehien main and didn't change the air mixture screw.
