looking to get exhaust just wanting some input on what work the best like what you have and why you like it trying to buy the good @$#% price doesnt matter want the best buy for my buck i see alot of people have dg and wondering if they like it well lets hear back from you thanks

One of the best exhausts for the 400ex is the X-6 from curtis sparks. It's on the spendy side and is fairly loud, but hard to beat for performance.

i was looking at those found a package deal with jets rev kit and and some other things

For the extra 140 you get a filter jet kit and timing key. I think you wouldn't need a jet kit, because single jets are only a few bucks and alot of people know what jets you would need. The timing advance key is good for advancing the timing, but I have heard they shear off easily. I have mine advanced but is reground instead of the different key. The air box filters are cheap so you wouldn't need them in the kit either.

So I'm thinking just buy a pipe and muffler.

sparks X-6 all the way! imho there is no equad to curtis sparks, hmf a close second, with everything else behind. wb e-series are good pipes but fall apart.....

i run a 42 pilot 155 main, no lid, sparks X-6 full. and it pulls hard as hell compared to stock.
